At times, they may be made once an order is placed. In such
case, it will require one to three months until delivery.
Of course, we will send you information on the status of your
order, and notice of approximate date of merchandise delivery.
As you can not
hold the works in your hand, every effort is made to display
the merchandise featured as accurately as possible. We have
prepared item descriptions and 'zoom-up' hotos for you,
to make your visit to handmadejapan.com a pleasant one.
Please keep in mind when ordering that the items shown in
photos enlarged and/or enhanced to show details, may give
you the impression to look larger than the actual size.
In addition, please note the colors may slightly differ
from the actual merchandise, as the display capabilities
of computer monitors will affect the colors we use and the
colors you actually see on your screen.
Please note
that we do not accept cancellation of orders, once our Confirmation
Notice has been sent to you for any custom or "special
orders”. The items currently out of stock, and made
after your order is placed, are labeled "special orders”.
The products we call as “special order” can not
be returned for a refund. Our ultimate goal is for you to
be satisfied with your purchase from handmadejapan.com.
If you receive an item that you are dissatisfied with, and
they are not"special orders" (specified above),
you may return it within two weeks of receipt. We do not
accept exchange or return for refund of items that have
been used.
Please note
that you are responsible for postage on return merchandise.
We will not reimburse for shipping and handling charges.
Refunds will be forwarded to the bank account you specify
within one week to ten days after receipt of the return
item.
Gifts and shipping
to multiple addresses.
If orders
are placed for delivery to several different locations,
handling and shipping fee will be applied per delivery address.
If you wish to send the same item to multiple shipping destinations,
please specify and list addresses on the Order Form.
If you wish to send different items to multiple locations,
orders must be placed on separate Order Forms.
How to care
and repair services: Before use, please read the instructions
on "How to Care” enclosed in the delivered item.
Should you have any questions concerning repair, please
contact us. Repair services for any items purchased through
handmadejapan.com will be offered for an additional charge.
