Yuton are made to order.

A two-mat yuton that can be folded in half for storage. The underside is lightly coated with persimmon juice. The Makinos currently make mainly 2-mat yutons -- joining two tatami-size mats together so that they can be folded in two for easy storage without rolling up. The 2-mat size yuton is 260,000 yen. The Makinos have agreed to take orders for <handmadejapan.com> customers for single tatami-size yutons, ideal for taking a nap in the summer.
